Refund policy

We refund only when a user does not receive the GIF they paid for. If the service fails to generate or deliver the requested animation, you may request a refund.

When refunds apply

• The GIF was not generated after payment.
• The generated file was not delivered or was unusable due to a platform error.
• The issue is directly caused by a service failure on Gifspell's side.

When refunds do not apply

• The user uploaded an image that could not be converted into a usable GIF.
• The user changed their mind after the generation was successfully delivered.
• The request is not supported by evidence of a service failure.

How to request a refund

Please contact our support team through the support page and include your payment details, generation ID, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
